RETURNS POLICY
We would like to inform you that once an order has been placed and processed, refunds are not available under any circumstances for items purchased online or in-store. However, we can provide you with a store credit for the value of the item, excluding the shipping fee for online purchases.
For full priced items only (not including marked down items and items purchased from a flash sale), you have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your Naked Gypsy package online or purchasing in-store to return the item and receive a store credit of equal value. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Customer must cover the postage cost of the returned package.

STEP 2:
Ensure that your items are unworn, unwashed, and with all swing tags still attached.
STEP 3:
Once you have heard back from our staff via email you will need to pay for the item to be posted back to our store with the following:
- The item you wish to return for a credit note unworn, unwashed, and with all swing tags still attached
- Your printed invoice or a note with your order number and mention that you want a credit note

Once our staff receive the item back in perfect condition we will issue you with a store credit for online.
IN STORE & ONLINE CREDITS
DO WE OFFER EXCHANGES ONLINE?
No, we do not offer size exchanges so please choose your sizes carefully. If you need to confirm a size or have questions prior to purchasing, please contact us via email on [email protected].
If you would like to secure your correct size/style we advise you re-purchase the item online as we only carry limited stock. You will then need to send the original item back to our store via post (this will be at your cost). Once we receive your item back with all tags attached and in the same condition as purchased, we will issue you a refund for the item.
Alternatively if you are local to Perth, you can bring your item (full priced item) into one of our stores and we can issue you with a size exchange once you have brought the item back, please note you must have your order confirmation email available to show our staff members.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes due to packing and shipping procedures. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order.
OVERSEAS CHARGES
Please note that any charges associated with overseas delivery, such as duties, taxes, or additional fees, are the responsibility of the customer. If such charges are applicable, they will be incurred by the customer. MY PACKAGE APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We prioritise the secure packaging of your goods to ensure their safe delivery. However, if, regrettably, your items sustain damage during transit via Australia Post, we are unable to accept responsibility. Please direct any complaints regarding damaged items directly to Australia Post.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
For express domestic orders: After your order has been shipped, the delivery time is determined by Australia Post and is beyond our control. Typically, deliveries within Australia take approximately 1-2 business days once posted (longer if outside of the metropolitan area), varying slightly depending on the state you reside in. Please keep in mind that we ship from Perth, WA Australia. Please note, in some cases the package may take longer than one day to be sent out to you due to stock and store locations.
For international orders: Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time usually ranges between 14-21 days, depending on the country of destination and its customs procedures. It's important to note that shipping times after dispatch are beyond our control.
During holiday and sale periods, there may be a potential extension in delivery times due to increased demand with Australia Post.
POSTING FROM OUR STORE
Please be aware that we have two different locations from which we source our stock. In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not available at our warehouse, we will need to retrieve it from our store at the Fremantle Markets. It's important to note that this store is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Therefore, if we have to send your package from Fremantle, there might be a delay in posting it. If this situation occurs, we will promptly email you to inform you of the delay. Once we have access to the store, we will send your package via express postage (within Australia), ensuring that you receive it just a few days after the expected delivery date.
